Roster Submission Deadline: 03/20/26 @ 8:00 PM ET

Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.

Requirements:

• Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach
• Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches

Payment is due on the 1^st of the month before the event month. (February 1st)

The refund policy will be the following:

• Teams must withdraw at least 60 days before the event to receive a full refund.
• Teams that withdraw between 30 and 60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Teams that withdraw less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2025-26 event season.

• Entry fees may be paid online via credit card or ACH.
• Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and Player First. The player’s first e-mail will be received within two hours of registration.

PARKING INFORMATION 

Team check-in will be Saturday morning, starting at 7 am at the side door to the left of the Convention Center lobby. Coaches will just need to sign their roster and will be given wristbands. Teams just need to check in before their pool play.

To ensure a safe and organized event,?all athletes must have a completed waiver on file?prior to the start of competition. We ask that coaches and club directors share this link with all participating families immediately.
