Full Refund* - Teams must withdraw on or before 4/3/27

50% Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 4/3/27, but on or before 5/1/27

No Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 5/1/27

Entry fees may be paid online, through PlayerFirst via credit card or ACH.

Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and PlayerFirst. The PlayerFirst email will be sent within 2 hours of registration and will include a payment link.

Transportation Info 

• No spectator bags larger than a backpack are allowed in either facility.
   
• No outside chairs allowed; seating will be provided at all courts.
   
• No coolers or catered food orders allowed in either facility.

Purchase Tickets 

• All spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry (children 10 and under are free).
   
• Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
   
• Security will be checking for wristbands upon entry.
   
• Spectator tickets are valid at both buildings (Seattle Convention Center: Arch & Summit Buildings) and are eligible for re-entry throughout the day, as long as wristbands are worn and presented. 
   
• Please send any ticket refund requests to info@academyvb.com
  • Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
  • Ticket refunds must be requested within 7 days of the event.
