3step code of conduct 

Schedules and waves will be released closer to the event date. 

Full Refund* - Teams must withdraw on or before 12/19/26

50% Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 12/19/26, but on or before 1/16/27

No Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 1/16/27

*All refunds will be minus processing fees.

Entry fees may be paid online, through PlayerFirst via credit card or ACH. All teams will be accepted into the event by payment date, not registration date.

Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and PlayerFirst. The PlayerFirst email will be sent within 2 hours of registration and will include a payment link.

Roster submission deadline: 1/30/27

Rosters must be submitted in AES by the deadline, and each player must complete a Player Waiver before the event begins.

Roster Requirements

Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach

Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches

Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.

By entering the event, participants and spectators consent to photography and video recording.

Event media may be used for promotional purposes by Top Court, 3Step, and the Pacific NW Power Series.

Individuals requesting media exclusion must notify tournament staff in writing before the event.

Venue Rules:

• No outside food in the playing hall, but the team area is okay (coffee permitted on the concourse in a cup with a secure lid).
• No lawn chairs or coolers (except in the team area, but it’s a public space and we are not responsible for your items).
• Water only on the hardwood.
• No ball handling in the lobby or concourse area.
• Team areas are available in the foyer/hallway leading to the mall.

Venue Rules:

ASC Parking Rules

• Parking available in ASC's lot (all 3 days) and the extra lot across Lincoln Way to the north (Saturday and Sunday ONLY). 
• Additional parking is available on Saturday and Sunday; THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE ADDITIONAL LOT ON MONDAY (2/16)- you can park across HWY 99 and walk down to ASC.
• DO NOT park at Granite & Marble Specialties- vehicles will be towed
• Encouraged carpooling to minimize vehicle count.
• No parking in front of loading docks, on the prohibited areas of the street by the gym, or in apartment areas across the street.
• Designated parking only in the lot west of the facility and marked areas.
• Drive and park carefully, maintaining cleanliness around vehicles.

Food and Concessions:

• Only water allowed on the gym floor/ courts- NO FOOD, NO COFFEE/ SPORTS DRINKS, & NO GUM
• Outside food permitted at ASC in designated areas- upstairs and in the lobby
• No setup of food tables; use existing tables for active eating.
• Concessions will be closed. Sack lunches recommended. 
• Refrigerated Vending Machine on site. 
• Unattended items will be cleared by staff; keep tables clean post-use.

Player Bag Storage:

• Bags and backpacks to be stored on designated shelves upstairs.
• Clear tables after food and break usage for others' convenience.

Seating and Recording:

• We have bleachers and benches available for seating; no outdoor chairs. Can bring stadium chairs for the bleachers for more comfort, if desired.

Please make sure to purchase tickets by Friday, 2/12, as this is the final day for discounted pre-sale pricing. Ticket prices will increase by $5 starting Saturday.

Admission & Spectator Policies 

• Children ages 10 and under receive free admission. 
• All spectators ages 11+ must purchase an event pass or a daily ticket. 
• Wristbands/passes must always be worn and visible. 
• Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced and must be re-purchased for entry. 
• Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband. 
• Event staff reserves the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for disruptive behavior. 

Refund Policy 

• Refund requests must include an attached receipt or invoice number.
• Any tickets, including weekend passes, that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds
• Processing fees are non-refundable. 
• Weather-related delays or schedule changes do not automatically qualify for refunds. 
• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process. 
• All policies, schedules, pricing, and event details are subject to change without prior notice. 
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
