AAU Event Requirements

This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc. All participants must have a current AAU membership. AAU membership are not included as part of the entry fee to the event. AAU Youth Athlete membership must be obtained before the competition begins. Be Prepared: Coaches must have memberships as well. Due to background screenings, please allow up to 10 days for adult memberships to be processed. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU website www.aausports.org to obtain their membership. All rosters must be complete with VERIFIED AAU Membership IDs prior to the event on Advanced Event Systems.

Payment is due on 01/23/2026

The refund policy is the following:

• If a team has to drop. The team must notify Sarah Roush (sarah@munciana.com) by January 9th. Any team that drops after the cut-off date will receive NO refund.
• If the cancellation occurs before Friday, January 9th, we will issue a 100% refund to all participants. 
• If the cancellation occurs after Friday, January 9th, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2025-26 event season.

• Entry fees may be paid online via credit card or ACH.
• Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and Player First. The player’s first e-mail will be received within two hours of registration.

Admission & Spectator Policies 

• Children ages 10 and under receive free admission. 
• All spectators ages 11+ must purchase an event pass or daily ticket. 
• Wristbands/passes must be always worn and visible. 
• Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced and will require additional purchase if lost or removed. 
• Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband. 
• Event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for disruptive behavior. 

Refund Policy 

• Refund requests must include an attached receipt or invoice number to qualify. 
• Processing fees are non-refundable. 
• Weather-related delays or schedule changes do not automatically qualify for refunds. 
• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process. 
• All policies, schedules, pricing, and event details are subject to change without prior notice. 
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• *Any tickets, including weekend passes, that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
