Team Check-In - Team check-in will be Saturday morning starting at 7am at the site where teams are playing. Coaches will just need to sign their roster and will be given wristbands. Teams just need to check-In prior to their pool play. 

Roster Submission Deadline: 2/13/26 

REMINDER – ALL PLAYERS & COACHES MUST HAVE AN AAU MEMBERSHIP. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.

Requirements:

• Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach
• Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches

• Payment is due on the 1^st of the month before the event month. (January 1st)
• The refund policy will be the following:
  • Teams must withdraw at least 60 days before the event to receive a full refund.
  • Teams that withdraw between 30 and 60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Teams that withdraw less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2025-26 event season.

Admission & Spectator Policies 

• Children ages 12 and under receive free admission. 
• All spectators ages 13+ must purchase an event pass or daily ticket. 
• Wristbands/passes must be always worn and visible. 
• Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced and will require additional purchase if lost or removed. 
• Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband. 
• Event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for disruptive behavior. 

Refund Policy 

• Refund requests must include an attached receipt or invoice number to qualify. 
• Processing fees are non-refundable. 
• Weather-related delays or schedule changes do not automatically qualify for refunds. 
• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process. 
• All policies, schedules, pricing, and event details are subject to change without prior notice. 
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
