3step code of conduct 

Schedules and waves will be released closer to the event date. 

Full Refund* - Teams must withdraw on or before 12/26/26

50% Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 12/26/26, but on or before 1/16/27

No Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 1/16/27

*All refunds will be minus processing fees.

Entry fees may be paid online, through PlayerFirst via credit card or ACH.

Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and PlayerFirst. The PlayerFirst email will be sent within 2 hours of registration and will include a payment link.

Roster submission deadline: 2/10/27

Rosters must be submitted on AES, and tournament entry fees must be paid before acceptance. 

Roster Requirements

Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach

Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches

Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.

By entering the event, participants and spectators consent to photography and video recording.

Event media may be used for promotional purposes by Top Court, 3Step, and the Pacific NW Power Series.

Individuals requesting media exclusion must notify tournament staff in writing before the event.

Venue and parking rules:

• Parking is $10.00 per vehicle per day. Cash & cards accepted. Re-entry allowed with parking receipt. 
• Parking for RVs: $25.00 per day. No overnight parking. No tailgating or alcohol in parking lots allowed. Re-entry allowed with parking receipt. 
• Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities. Teams may warm up on empty courts inside the facility. No ball handling will be allowed in the lobby of the convention center.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the playing hall. Outside food and beverages are allowed in South Hall 1.
• No outside chairs allowed; seating will be provided at all courts.
• There is no team camping allowed in the playing hall. Please utilize South Hall 1 for team camps and bag storage. All unattended bags will be moved to lost and found, and teams will be subject to a penalty.

Please make sure to purchase tickets by Friday, 2/12, as this is the final day for discounted pre-sale pricing. Ticket prices will increase by $5 starting Saturday.

Admission & Spectator Policies 

• Children ages 10 and under receive free admission. 
• All spectators ages 11+ must purchase an event pass or a daily ticket. 
• Wristbands/passes must always be worn and visible. 
• Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced and must be re-purchased for entry. 
• Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband. 
• Event staff reserves the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for disruptive behavior. 

Refund Policy 

• Refund requests must include an attached receipt or invoice number.
• Any tickets, including weekend passes, that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds
• Processing fees are non-refundable. 
• Weather-related delays or schedule changes do not automatically qualify for refunds. 
• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process. 
• All policies, schedules, pricing, and event details are subject to change without prior notice. 
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
