3step code of conduct 

Schedules and waves will be released closer to the event date. 

Full Refund* - Teams must withdraw on or before 3/13/27

50% Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 3/13/27, but on or before 4/10/27

No Refund* - Teams that withdraw after 4/10/27

Refund requests must be received in writing to: pnwps@topcourtevents.com

*All refunds will be minus processing fees.

Entry fees may be paid online, through PlayerFirst via credit card or ACH. All teams will be accepted into the event by payment date, not registration date.

Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and PlayerFirst. The PlayerFirst email will be sent within 2 hours of registration and will include a payment link.

Roster submission deadline: 4/24/27

Rosters must be submitted in AES by the deadline, and each player must complete a Player Waiver before the event begins.

Roster Requirements

Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach

Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches

Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.

Portland Expo Venue Rules:

• No outside food, drinks, or coolers may be brought into the facility.
• No ball handling anywhere except on a court.
• No large bags or outside chairs may be brought into the facility.
• Team Camp & hang-out areas are located in Hall C. No camping in Halls E or D. Players’ bags must stay with the team.
• No outside balloons, glitter, or pom-poms are allowed in the facility.
• No smoking or tobacco products may be brought to the Expo campus.
• No animals or pets, except ADA service animals, are allowed in the facility.
• No overnight parking, tailgating, or tent setup in the parking lot.
• No outside alcohol is permitted on the Expo campus. Violators are subject to ejection from the Expo Campus.
• Facility and PNWPS are not responsible for lost/stolen items.

Please make sure to purchase tickets by Friday, 5/7, as this is the final day for discounted pre-sale pricing. Ticket prices will increase by $5 starting Saturday.

Admission & Spectator Policies 

• Children ages 10 and under receive free admission. 
• All spectators ages 11+ must purchase an event pass or a daily ticket. 
• Wristbands/passes must always be worn and visible. 
• Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced and must be re-purchased for entry. 
• Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband. 
• Event staff reserves the right to deny entry or remove any spectator for disruptive behavior. 

Refund Policy 

• Refund requests must include an attached receipt or invoice number.
• Any tickets, including weekend passes, that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds
• Processing fees are non-refundable. 
• Weather-related delays or schedule changes do not automatically qualify for refunds. 
• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process. 
• All policies, schedules, pricing, and event details are subject to change without prior notice. 
• The organizer reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
