This is the culmination of years of work, growth, and dedication—an elite championship stage built to celebrate athletes as they close out their high school club careers.

REFUND POLICY

The refund policy will be the following:

Teams must withdraw at least 60 days before the event to receive a full refund.
Teams that withdraw between 30 and 60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
Teams that withdraw less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2025-26 event season.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Prices listed in AES do not include all processing and credit card fees charged at checkout. When paying through Player First and ACH, you will receive a discount at the time of payment.
Entry fees can be paid online using a credit card or ACH.
Registered teams will get a confirmation email from AES and Player First. The player's first email will arrive within two hours of registration.
Player's first e-mail will contain a link for ONLINE PAYMENT.

Acceptance Policy/Criteria

Registration DOES NOT grant acceptance to the tournament. Teams are not accepted until payment is received, and space is available in the division.

Our acceptance process will begin two (2) weeks after registration opens; no teams will be accepted before this date.

Due to high demand, Pending teams that have not submitted payment will be dropped 30 days AFTER their registration timestamp for the event.

PURCHASE SPECTATOR TICKETS HERE

All spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry.

Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
- Weekend passes should be worn ALL WEEKEND. If you lose your wristband, you will be responsible to purchase a $10 replacement band.
